The easiest way to establish if your Tsunami has power is to see if it is broadcasting its local Wi-Fi SSID.
Step 1: Stand under or park your vehicle beneath the Tsunami.
Step 2: Open the Wi-Fi settings on your phone or laptop and look for the Tsunami Wi-Fi SSID.
Note: Depending on your Tsunami model the Wi-Fi name could be a variation of any of the following:
- TSUNAMI WIFI
- TSUNAMI AP
- TSUNAMI XX-XXX (this will be a 5 digit number)
Step 3: Verify your results with a member of our team. If you do not see a Wi-fi signal please call (828) 484-1481 and select option 1 to speak to a representative from our support staff.
